Delivery to Wales and England

Up to 2kgs:- Delivery will be charged as per first class standard post and depends on the weight and size of item.

Over 2kgs:- Sent via courier for £4.95 Any number of items up to a total weight of 20kgs can be sent for the same cost. Orders received before 12pm midday Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day for delivery in two to three working days. This service is for England, Wales and Scottish lowlands only.

Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands

Over 2kgs:- Sent via courier for £9.95 Any number of items up to a total weight of 20kgs can be sent for the same cost. Orders received before 12pm midday Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day for delivery in two to three working days. 

Northern Island

Over 2kgs:- Sent via courier for £7.95 Any number of items up to a total weight of 20kgs can be sent for the same cost. Orders received before 12pm midday Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day for delivery in two to three working days.

Delivery

 We will deliver purchases by courier or post to the delivery address given with your order. Your order can be delivered to any address - your home, workplace or a neighbours - for courier deliveries a signature is normally required on delivery by an adult (over 18), so whichever delivery address is most convenient. We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day. U.K. Orders Standard Delivery: - Please allow 10 working days for delivery before contacting us regarding any delays.

If any of the goods appear visibly damaged on arrival, please do not accept or sign for the goods and contact us immediately. If however, you were unable to sign for the goods, or on opening the package the goods are found to be damaged or faulty, please refer to our returns policy.

Goods delivered by courier require a signature. If it is not possible to obtain this two attempts are usually made to deliver items, in the unlikely event delivery is still not possible they are returned to the local depot and a card is left. If they are not collected or alternative arrangements made to deliver them they are returned to us. We will not be liable for any further delivery charges and a further payment will be required for delivery.

Returns

If you have any probelms with goods you recieve from us please contact us before returning them. We will need your order number and the reason.

Faulty goods

If any of the goods appear visibly damaged on arrival, please do not accept or sign for the goods and contact us immediately. If however, you were unable to sign for the goods, or on opening the package the goods are found to be damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

If goods you recieve from us are faulty/damaged we will refund or replace them as soon as possible and pay for return postage. We ask that you notify us of any problems as soon as possible.

Non faulty goods/Cancellations

You are able to cancel your order within 7 working days. The 7 days start the day after you receive the goods. You must notify us within this time that you intend to return them. The cost of the goods will be refunded when they are returned to us in their unopened original packaging and in a resaleble condition. This should happen within 21 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
